Industrial ventilation systems are designed to maintain air quality within industrial facilities by absorbing waste gases, vapors, dust, and other pollutants generated during operational activities. Our industrial ventilation systems can be customized according to the characteristics and operational needs of industrial facilities. These systems are designed to improve air quality within the facility, protect worker health and safety, extend the lifespan of machinery and equipment, and optimize production processes.

Our ventilation systems consist of components such as air ducts, ventilators, air filters, dust collection equipment, and more. Custom designs can be made to meet the specific requirements of industrial facilities, ensuring the systems operate efficiently and improve air quality within the facility.

For ventilation purposes, 24V or 220V motors are typically used, and the flaps can open to the extent of the piston length (30-50 cm). The systems are generally divided into two categories: with control panels and without control panels. In systems without control panels, one or more flaps can be connected to one or more buttons, allowing manual opening and closing via the button. In panel systems, flaps are grouped appropriately, and specific groups or all groups of flaps can be opened or closed manually via the panel.

Additionally, with the integration of wind, rain, and temperature sensors, the systems can become fully automated. Sensors placed outdoors enable a manually opened flap to close automatically during heavy wind or rain, preventing the interior from being affected by rain and protecting the flap from wind damage.
